I can - and it's not usually doctors, but nurses...a triage nurse. In the military, in the field, it's often a medic (Army or AF) or a Corpsman (Navy & Marines). - Gippolito Ndp

I can’t imagine what it is like to be the doctors who are deciding who lives and who dies. At the very least, they will develop PTSD. At worst, some may eventually commit suicide.
