I refer to 1 in 3 men with weapons on their hips. This is a rural area, and men (especially) sport weapons — knives and firearms. I used to carry a knife myself as simply a tool. But once stores started getting really cautious, I stopped that. Many others did not. Thanks for reading and commenting.
