Also, whether anyone is charged or convicted of insurrection or rebellion is 1) immaterial to the other charges (like conspiracy, to which 3 Proud Boys have already pleaded to) and 2) immaterial to whether January 6th was factually and legally an insurrection or rebellion — as my article indicated. Finally, as I pointed out criminal charges are not what certain folks are worried about — it’s Article 3 of the 14th Amendment.
