Sometimes one does what one should, and at the same time it can be viewed as wrong. On the other hand (see Athos in 3 Musketeers), one does the right thing and still has not done what he ought. I think what was done (remembering that it was Trump and Pompeo who did the Taliban agreement) could have been done much better. But I don't see that as a 25th Amendment issue, which, if anything, would have been more applicable to Trump.
