Well, we know the 6-3 Republican majority has a type of courage ... like what happened in Dobbs. But that chiefly attacked women's rights and laid a foundation for attack of reproductive rights generally (and the privacy penumbra overall). There they did not risk pissing off the MAGA crazies. I suspect their "courage" is different when it comes to pissing off Trump and his stick-at-naught minions. That's my worry new that they have taken up the case. Thanks for reading and commenting.
