Yes, I'm working on a detailed article on this BS claim (I mean the claim that Durham's motion said anything like that - not the overall BS claim). I gotta say, having been a lawyer for over 30 years...whattapilacrap can be caused by three simple court filings! They say what they say, but one would ever know that from the partisan claims.
