You may be right, but I have a different thought. Call me crazy if you like. I think Biden is inclined to believe he may not be able in 2024 - and is preparing Harris with all the toughest stuff just in case. I admit I've got a little thing about Harris - my best friend called this back in the 1990s. The story is in my very first Medium article back in October 2020.
